Rustic Event Venue

A Place for Everyone Who Loved Them

From the setting to the smallest detail, we create a beautiful and personal celebration where family and friends can gather, share stories and remember together.

How We Help

You remember them. We handle the rest.

Planning a celebration while grieving can feel overwhelming. We’re here to carry the practical details, guide you through each decision and create something that feels completely personal.

Gardening

1. Tell Us About Them

We begin with a free, no-pressure conversation about the person you’re celebrating—their personality, passions, stories and all the little things that made them unique. You don’t need a date, venue or plan. We listen first.

2. Choose the Support You Need

Every family is different. You may want us to organise the entire celebration, help shape your existing ideas or simply coordinate everything on the day. We’ll meet you wherever you are.

3. We Bring Their Story to Life

We turn the memories you share into thoughtful, personal ideas—from their favourite music and food to meaningful décor, photographs, entertainment and charity fundraising. There are no standard packages because no two lives are the same.

4. We Plan Every Detail

We can find the venue, source trusted suppliers and arrange catering, performers, flowers, photography, memory displays and children’s entertainment. You’ll always have the final say; we take care of the searching, comparing, booking and organising.

5. We Coordinate Everything

6. You Get to Be Present

We manage suppliers, timings, deliveries and last-minute changes, keeping everything moving smoothly before and during the celebration. You won’t need to chase emails or answer practical questions when your attention belongs elsewhere.

On the day, you’re not the event planner. You’re their family or friend. You can share stories, look through photographs, laugh, cry and experience the celebration alongside everyone who loved them.

There’s no need to rush. Your Last Hoorah can take place whenever feels right, a few weeks later, on a birthday, around an anniversary or when everyone can be together. The first step is simply telling us about the person you want to remember.

We’ll help with everything that comes next.
